T Connector 12mm to 9mm – for use with the new Autopot Aquavalve 5 and 9mm Autopot Piping.

These connectors come in handy when installing multiple Autopot sets that feed off a single 12mm trunk line.

These connectors are perfect for reducing 12mm pipe down to 9mm pipe, when using large systems. They are inserted in-line at the point where an AQUAvalve or aquaPot is positioned. They provide a water tight connection unlike many other types of reduction fittings.  They work in exactly the same way as the Cross Connector 12mm to 9mm but this fitting (T Connector 12mm to 9mm) has one connection for 9mm pipe whereas the cross connector provides two connections for 9mm pipe.

An Autopot Easy2Grow Extension Unit AQUAValve5 is used when you already have an Autopot system and would like to add another unit to your existing  Autopot system.

AQUAValve5 for systems using 9mm and 12-9mm fittings.

The new Aquavalve5 has a 66% Bigger Inlet and uses 9mm piping and fittings.

The Autopot Easy2Grow Extension Unit AQUAValve5 includes:

1x 2Pot tray & lid
2x 8.5ltr pots
2x Marix discs – the Marix discs are placed inside each of the pots to prevent soil/compost from leaving the pots
2x Square Potsocks – put over the base of each pot, gold face up. The Potsocks will prevent roots from growing through the pots and eventually into the AQUAvalve.
1x AQUAvalve 5, placed in between the pots inside of the tray.
1x 1 meter of 9mm Autopot piping.
1x 9mm T Connector, 1x 12-9mm T Connector & 1x 12-9mm Cross Connector – for easy connection to existing systems.

PotSocks are great for growers cultivating long term crops or simply plants with a very aggressive root system. They’re also the ideal solution for growers using fabric air pruning pots in an AutoPot system.

PotSock Square – for the 8.5L and 15L Autopot Pots – 19.5cm x 19.5cm base

PotSock Round – for the 25L XL Autopot Pots – 27.5cm diameter base

Autopot 8 x SmartPot XL Aquavalve 5 System without Tank

The Autopot Flexipot 8 System AQUAValve5 without Tank combines our power-free, water efficient, low maintenance, modular systems with high performance fabric pots for the first time. Flexipots stimulate plant growth by aerating, feeding and guiding the root structure rather than merely containing it.

The new Aquavalve5 has a 66% Bigger Inlet and uses 9mm piping and fittings.

The porous BPA-free, lead-free Flexipot material allows improved gas exchange in the substrate. Free to breathe the root zone can see dramatically enhanced oxygen levels – supercharging growth.

When root tips reach the porous side of a Flexipot they are ‘air-pruned’ – deterred from extending any further by the air outside. Secondary roots then develop, creating a fibrous root structure with vastly improved moisture and nutrient uptake. Root circling is also thus eliminated making it possible to produce bigger plants from smaller pots.

Extremely durable and reusable the Flexipots are easily cleaned between uses if desired. Once emptied the Flexipots are best left to dry. After a few days any dust and small roots are easily brushed off. Whilst this level of cleaning is completely sufficient the Flexipot may be machine or tub washed in peroxide in order to sterilize. Do not put Flexipots in a tumble dryer.

The pots and trays can be easily moved at will, if the plants grow too large they can be spaced further apart with ease. Once set up with a water and nutrient filled reservoir this extremely versatile, gravity-fed system will run automatically. It will completely take care of all your plants needs without the need for pumps, timers or intensive maintenance.

When growing in AutoPot Watering Systems it is essential that a Flexipot PotSock Round (PotSocks included) be fitted to the base of each Flexipot to provide root control.

Please note: Room humidity may be increased when growing with multiple Flexipots indoors due to the exposed, porous surface of the fabric pots.

Growing Media is sold separately. Use coco coir based substrates of your choice, as coco coir is great at soaking and dispersing water throughout the substrate from the bottom of the pots.

It is also recommended to use about 1lt of LECA (Clay pebbles) to fill the bottom of each pot, before filling up the rest of the pot with your substrate of choice

Other goodies required if you do not have: (Mineral) Nutrients, pH Up, pH Down and pH Test kit or pH Meter.
