Adding items to your cart
Select the hydroponic items that you wish to purchase.
Please make sure you have all the items you require before you complete the checkout!
For products that have various sizes, click the down arrow (on the right hand side) to display the various sizes, select size (the price will show at the bottom), select the quantity you require by using the + button, then add to cart.
Then click on ‘view cart’ on the right hand side to view what you have placed in your cart.
Select from Shipping options.
We provide 3 shipping options: Courier (using our courier), OWN Courier (using your own courier) and Personal Collect.
If you are ordering from outside South Africa or want to use your own courier,
select ‘Collect or Own Courier’and then select ‘Own Courier’. Your own courier will need to collect from our Brackenfell shop.
Courier – South Africa Only
Make sure that you have completed the postal code field to have the cost of Courier will automatically be worked out according to weight, dimensions and location – Click on ‘View Cart’ then click on ‘Courier Quote’. Select your province, then input your postal code. Then click ‘Update Totals’.
Courier cost will automatically be calculated.
Click on ‘Checkout”, enter your details (name, address, e-mail and tel number) on the left hand side. Once your address details have been entered you will see the courier option appear on the right-hand side.
Your order will be delivered to your door. Please provide a physical address, no PO boxes.
Please make sure that Courier option is selected before you click on ‘Place Order’ should you wish to opt for the Courier option.
You have the option to collect in person from the following locations:
Claremont Shop – Collect on Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) or Saturdays (9am-1pm).
Hortishop, 125 Belvedere Road, Claremont, Western Cape. (Click for map)
Own Courier or Outside South Africa to collect from Brackenfell shop only.
If collecting, you have the option of paying via EFT or via Payfast (must reflect BEFORE collection), or with cash or card while collecting in person at the Claremont or Brackenfell shop (depending on your selection). We DO NOT accept in-store EFT’s as payment method!
An e-mail will be sent to inform you when your order has been packed and ready to be collected by your courier.

You can pay by EFT or Bank Deposit, or through the Payfast Gateway
Limits for Payfast: Credit Cards – R50 000, Debit Cards – R50 000.
For Direct Bank transfers, EFT’s or Cash Deposits, please use the following details:

Please use your order number when making payment.
If collecting, you have the option of paying via EFT (reflecting BEFORE collection), or with cash or card while collecting.

Then click on: “Place Order”
You will be shown a conformation page once your order has been successfully placed & you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Once payment has been received, items are then processed and (usually) dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment has been received.
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number to track your order once we have handed the parcels over to the courier.
The Courier will take 2 – 5 working days (depending on location) to deliver your order.
