Lumii Cooltube Reflector is an air-tight, fully sealed clear glass tube with a lamp mounting bracket in its center. Lumii Cooltube Reflector is perfect for removing the excess heat generated by HID grow lights without leaking unwanted odors.

Cooltubes were one of the first air cooled reflectors to become available and all these years later they are still a firm favorite with many growers. Effectively a 150mm inline glass tube allows you to blow or extract air through the reflector and over your lamp, thus taking the heat away before it can raise the temperature in your grow room. An additional clip on the reflector is also supplied with the Aerotube which improves your spread of light and reduces any light wastage.

Multiple Aerotubes can be mounted in series along the same length of 150mm Flexible Aluminium Ducting.

How the LUMii Aerotube Reflector Works:

Cooltube reflectors have long been a favourite of growers, and for good reason: they reduce the risk of heat damage caused by high intensity discharge lighting. This reflector is beneficial in keeping your temperature at a constant level, and stops extreme heat from destroying all your hard work. They remove 90% of the heat from your chosen lamp and increase maximum rated lumen delivery.

The Aerotube reflector is air-tight, with a fully sealed glass tube for your lamp to be mounted in. The external 2-part reflector is clipped on to the top of the cool tube, and is easily assembled.

How to Use the LUMii Aerotube Reflector:

The LUMii Aerotube Reflector comes with detailed instructions within the packaging that will show you how to effectively assemble the reflector. It should be used alongside an inline fan and flexible aluminium ducting (sold separately), to allow air to flow through the tube.

It must be positioned at least 25cm above your canopy in order for it to achieve its optimal results and stop heat scorching. The extra heat is sucked up before it has a chance to affect the temperature of your grow room, and the glass tube allows you to extract air over your lamp.
