PLEASE NOTE:

This Hydrodepot 600w Digital Ballast has an internal thermal protection to prevent damage through overheating. In the event of it activating the power will be cut to the unit. If this happens please disconnect the ballast from the mains supply, allow the ballast to cool, then power can be re-connected and the unit will function correctly.

The unit is designed to operate at 220V-240V AC. In some areas where there is a fluctuation higher than 10% of the mains voltage the lamp power may fluctuate by up to 20% and this can result in the ballast becoming too hot and activating the thermal cut-out. If this happens, please disconnect the unit from the mains supply and allow to cool . Once fully cooled the power may be reconnected and the unit will function correctly activated the supply voltage should be checked by a competent electrician.

The ballast features dim and boost functions, giving you the ability to control the light output from your lamp to your plants. There are two dimmable options (250w & 400w) and a ‘super-lumens’ boost option (600w+Boost) which is on average a 10% increase in output.

We recommend using a 600w lamp for 600w dimmer settings, a 400w lamp for 400w dimmer settings and a 250w lamp for 250w dimmer settings.

Never boost a lower wattage lamp to a higher lamp setting.

It can take up to 10 mintutes to ignite a lamp depending on the type and age of the lamp you are using.

Set the dimmer know to 100% power for your chosen lamp first. Once the unit has warmed up (after 10 – 15 mins) you can adjust power.

It is highly recommended to use a Surge Protector (which you can get at any Hardware store) or a Contact Relay.

Rokzbastic is a high-quality cocktail of minerals and biostimulants which is the perfect partner for achieving rock-solid frosty results. Get firmer, heavier and more compact flowers and fruits thanks to its PK value of 10-20, unique compared to other liquid flowering products on the market.

Rokzbastic has a P:K ratio of 1:2. This high potassium concentration especially favours the flowering of plants with a long flowering phase. Thus, its 10-20 PK value is the key to producing denser and firmer flowers and fruits. In addition, Rokzbastic is enriched with 1% iron and other essential elements to support many vital plant processes.

And like its family member Bloombastic, Rokzbastic is low in ballast substances (sodium and chlorine).

WHAT TYPE OF PLANTS IS ROKZBASTIC SUITABLE FOR?

Rokzbastic is a universal nutrient suitable for different types of vegetables and fruits, and is especially developed to meet the needs of plants with long flowering periods or high potassium requirements such as bell peppers, chillies, citrus fruits or red tomatoes.

It can also be used for ornamental plants with large flowers (e.g. hibiscus, roses or orchids). Experienced growers can measure the required dosage per plant, based on NPK values.

Suitable for cultivation in hydroponics, coco and soil and in manual and automatic irrigation systems.

Atami Rokzbastic Ripener / Finisher APPLICATION

Apply in the last 4 to 6 weeks of flowering throughout the whole fruiting and ripening phase together with your basic nutrients. Can be used in combination with Bloombastic to further exaggerate the stimulating effect of the flowering phase, increase yield and crop weight, as well as enhance natural flavours and aromas.

Use right after Bloombastic to maximise the effects of both products. When combining products with high PK values, always pay attention to the EC value of your nutrient solution, as there is a possibility of over fertilisation.

DOSAGE

0.5 – 1 ml per litre of water. Gives an increase of the E.C. value in your basic nutrient solution.

T8 Fixture Connector Advice

Low cost, slim-line and ultra light, these can easily be installed in cloning racks or propagation tents. They can also be hung vertically to be used as supplemental lighting for dark tent corners and in between plantings.

Each Double T8 LED Fitting is 1215mm long and fits 2 x T8 LED tubes. PLEASE NOTE: These fittings are not the same as older fluorescent fittings (which have ballasts and starters) and should not be used for fluorescent tubes!

Each Clear T8 LED Tube is 1200mm long, has a 18 Watt power draw, 6500K colour temperature, and Lumen output of 1600 Lumens. PLEASE NOTE: These tubes are not the same as older fluorescent tubes and should not be used in fluorescent fittings!

The LED tubes produce hardly any heat and can be hung as close to the cuttings or seedlings as possible to maximize the light intensity.

T8 LED Tubes and Fittings 120cm Assembly:

  • Always wire up and use correctly.
  • Never put strain on the connected electrical wire. Do not hang from electrical wire.
  • PLEASE NOTE: The holes of the hanging eyelets ( that are folded up, out of the casing, if needed, one on each side ) are too small to clip into standard rope ratchet clips. Use something like a round key-holder ring to go into the hanging eyelets and then clip the key ring into the rope ratchet clips if needed.
  • Take care when handling these units as they are light-duty items and can easily damage if dropped by accident.

Bionova’s PK 13-14 is the perfect composition as a main flowering stimulator. Phosphor develops a healthy and extensive root system and an exuberant flowering. Potassium prompts the flowering potency in the plant. The combination of these two components in a food grade mineral form is the original Bionova’s superbloomer. Plants directly absorb all food grade minerals which gives you optimal control of your plants. Bionova is the inventor of the original composition: PK 13-14.

What is BioNova PK 13-14?

PK 13-14 is the perfect balanced combination of Phosphor and Potassium. Phosphor activates blooming inside any treated plant and Potassium prompts flowering and creates an exuberant flowering. It is sourced with food-grade minerals, which is one of the purest forms of minerals. Containing barely any ballast salts and heavy metals. This way the PK 13-14 is also directly absorbable by the root system, and no heavy metals will remain in the end product.

Tips from Bionova growers

✔ Use 1 to 2 ml PK 13-14 in 10 liters of water in the second week of the growing stage to promote a faster roots development.
✔ When deficiencies phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) occur, the plant. Mainly these conditions of immobilization and deprivation of elements for the cultivation are due to poor substrates and abnormal pH values of the nutrient solution. To cure deficient plants you can apply a solution of PK 13-14 with dilution rate of 2.5-5 ml in 10 liters of water by irrigation or foliar spray.

How to use ?

Should be applied from the first week of flowering until the final week of flowering.
Mixable with all Bionova fertilizers, stimulators, minerals, universals & substrates.
Can be used as irrigation and as foliar spray.

Application in irrigation: From start flowering until a week before harvest: 2-6ml per 10 liter of water.

Application as foliar: 2,5-5 ml per liter.
