Dirty Hands Inc Orgasoilux Omega Mix

R355.00

A living-earth soil bred for boutique-quality, heavy-yielding plants. Dirty Hands Inc Orgasoilux Omega Mix has been in production since 2011 and laboratory tested locally and internationally — balanced with organic minerals and nutrients so its macro, micro and trace elements work synergistically with the soil’s microbiology.

  • Feeds for months: the compost, castings, raw nutrients and minerals feed the plant and soil microbes for 3–6 months
  • Built for potency & yield: designed for maximum terpene and cannabinoid production, heavy yields and fast growth indoors, in greenhouses or outdoors
  • Resilient & living: supports pest resistance, microbial biodiversity and continuous use
  • Water-only capable: grow with aerated compost teas and ferments, or start light liquid feeding after week two of veg

30L bags. Substrates: compost, vermicompost, coco peat, sustainably-harvested sphagnum peat moss and perlite, plus 20+ amendments (alfalfa/aloe/kelp/malted-barley meals, basalt rock dust, bio-char, calcitic & dolomite lime, seabird guano, gypsum, humic/fulvic acid, soft rock phosphate, zeolite and more) and a cannabis microbial consortium. Add mycorrhizal fungi (e.g. Mycoroot) when transplanting; top with mulch or cover crop. Water-only method: ~30–60L soil per plant for a 3-month cycle.

Description

Dirty Hands Inc Orgasoilux Omega Mix organic living earth soil blend has been in production since 2011, and has been laboratory tested locally and internationally*.

Available in 30lt Bags.

Using scientific data and analysis, Omega Mix has been balanced with various organic minerals and nutrients to ensure that the macro and micro nutrients and trace elements work synergistically with the soil’s microbiology and substrates.

Omega Mix has been designed for:

  • Growing boutique quality Cannabis, but also works well for any heavy feeding annuals, vegetables, fruits or flowers
  • Fast growth in indoor, greenhouse and outdoor environments
  • Maximum terpene and cannabinoid production in Cannabis
  • Heavy yields
  • Pest resistance
  • Microbial biodiversity
  • Continuous use

The compost, castings, raw nutrients and minerals mixed into the soil will provide enough food for the plant and soil microbes for 3 – 6 months, depending on the plant.

To enhance and unlock the full potential of Dirty Hands Inc Orgasoilux Omega Mix, it is recommended that a beneficial root fungi (mycorrhizal fungi) ) be used (e.g. Mycoroot) when transplanting or sowing into the soil.

After transplanting, or when sowed seedlings have grown to adequate size, add a layer of mulch, or cover crop seeds (or both!) to the top of the soil and water in.

Feeding:

The soil has been amended with many mineral and nutrients which will sustain the plant or plants’ nutritional requirements for some time. For those who want to use an organic liquid nutrient feeding program, you may begin after the second week of the vegetative growing stage, but may want to lighten the standard recommended dosages.

If you prefer not to use additional nutrient programs and grow with a “water only” method, use activated (aerated) compost teas and fermented liquid products. When using the “water only” method, it is important to use large volumes of soil. A rough guideline would be to use 30 – 60L of soil per plant when planning for a 3 month plant cycle (1 veg, 2 bloom, then harvest).
