Netafim 4L/hr Button Dripper

Simple, reliable water control for individual pots or small systems.

This compact 4 L/hr button dripper delivers a steady, even flow of water to each plant — ideal for home growers and hobby setups where you want to restrict flow into pots or containers fed from a garden hose or main line.

Each dripper has a pressure-compensated design that helps keep the flow rate consistent over a range of working pressures — roughly 0.5 bar to 4 bar — making it easy to use with standard hose pressure or small pump systems.

The coloured side (grey side for the 4L dripper) is the inlet and should be pushed into your supply line (for example, directly into 15 mm or 20 mm LDPE tubing). The black side is the outlet, where you can either let the water drip directly into your pot or connect a short length of 3 mm micro-tube to reach your plant.

Use a 300mm Standard Irrigation Stake to secure the 5mm Sprinkler Pipe inside each pot.

How it works:

  • Punch a small hole in your main line with a dripper punch tool.

  • Push the grey end of the dripper firmly into the hole until it seats.

  • Point or connect the black end toward your pot or plant.

  • Turn on the water — each dripper will deliver about 4 L of water per hour.

  • Alternatively, from the supply line, a 5mm Barbed Connector connected to 5mm sprinkler piping can feed the button dripper.

Typical uses:

  • Controlling flow into individual pots or grow bags.

  • Even watering of container gardens, balcony grows, or small hydro setups.

  • Suitable for irrigation systems fed by a tap, small pump, or pressure-regulated line.
